Responsibilities

Client Outreach : Engage with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide customized solutions.Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and offer relevant insurance products.

Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Allstate's insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Retention Strategies : Implement strategies to retain existing clients and encourage policy renewals.Networking : Build a network of leads through community events, referrals, and partnerships.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.

Requirement

Licensing : Possession of or ability to obtain required licenses within the designated timeframe.
